Dr. Katie’s Favorites
Hey there! I’m Katie — owner & physical therapist of MOVE Physical Therapy, mom of four, and total movement nerd. Between chasing kids, working with patients, and fitting in workouts, I’ve learned what products actually make a difference for your body (and your sanity).
Here you’ll find my go-to favorites — things I use at home, in the clinic, and at the gym. From pelvic health tools and recovery essentials to fitness gear and family-friendly finds, these are the tried-and-true items that help me keep life moving smoothly.
I’m currently in the early stages of compiling my favorites - please make sure to check back often for more recommendations. If you have something in particular you’re curious about, please reach out!

Baby Favorites
Solly Baby Wrap - so soft & is perfect for newborns! This was a lifesaver for me when my babies were newborns. It gave me the chance to get outside with my other kids, make dinner or just have a break from holding the baby!
Hook on High Chair - Space saving & easy to take on the go! We got this for our 4th and I wish I would have gotten it sooner. I like that you can throw the cloth seat in the washer to deal with messes.
Tush Baby Hip Carrier: This is like a fanny pack/belt bag and a seat all in one. I’ve had mine since 2021 and used it with babies up to toddlers. I’ve used at Disney, Cedar Point, the zoo and even church! Basically any type of family outing. It saves my arms, plus I love all the pockets and storage options in it! I have the vegan black leather one and it still looks brand new.
Cradle Cap Treatment: The Frida Baby shampoo works AMAZING for cradle cap! Seriously it's as easy as following the directions and those dry flakes are GONE!
Breastfeeding Favorites
Breastmilk Collector: An absolute must if you’re planning on breastfeeding!! I used this every time I was nursing for the first 2-3 months, then decrease use over time. It’s a great way to start saving some milk for bottles or freezing. Pro Tip: Put it in a coffee mug after using (see picture) - it’s less likely to tip on whatever surface you’re placing it on, easier to carry, etc. There’s different brands/options, Haakaa is a well-known brand, however I prefer the Nuliie brand. Better price & same quality.
Breastmilk Storage Bags: I’ve been using the Nuliie breastmilk storage bags & love them! No issues with leaking and I love the side spout that makes it so easy to pour the thawed milk into a bottle!!
Vertical Bottle Drying Rack: We had a more traditional bottle drying rack with our first 3 babies, but went with a vertical bottle drying rack for the last one - game changer! It takes up so much less counter space & still has room to dry so much!
